Higher level barbarians will be all over kingdoms. Barbarians 1 12 can be spawned near your city. When the kingdom is first opened only barbarians level 1 6 will spawn on the map and higher level barbarians will be unlocked kingdom wide incrementally over the subsequent days. The barbarians will look like level 1 barbarians for level 1 7.

Each level offering different potential rewards but each level also being increasingly more difficult to defeat. I tend to hold off on power attack till level 3 unless i m planning on picking up feats that require power attack early hurtful yum. If you would like to start your own rally then simply look for a barbarian fort on the map and tap it barbarian forts have levels 1 5. If you cant not find any higher level barbarians with search then just zoom out from the map and search them manually. If you get attacked and your barbarian fort get s destroyed all of the barbarians will be gone. Barbarian has enough damage to either one shot or nearly one shot any cr 1 or 2 opponent and that extra 3 damage is not going to be the difference against a cr 3 opponent just yet so hold off. Every participant in a barbarian fort rally is guaranteed to receive resource boxes experience books and speedups with the number depending on the fort level and your damage done.
